1. What does it mean?
빡치다 describes anger or irritation in blunt conversational language. 빡쳐, 빡쳤어, and 빡친다 are forms you may see when someone complains about unfair treatment, a repeated problem, or a frustrating interruption.
Also written or said as 빡쳐, ppakchida
2. The nuance
This is rougher than 화나다 and not merely a stronger version of polite annoyance. Use 화가 나요 or 속상해요 when speaking respectfully or explaining a problem calmly.
3. Examples
“저장하기 직전에 파일이 사라져서 빡쳤어.”
I was pissed off when the file vanished right before I saved it.
“화난 건 알겠는데 빡친다고 소리부터 지르진 말자.”
I know you're angry, but let's not start shouting just because we're pissed off.
