NoCapWiki editorial explanation
1. What does it mean?
럭드 shortens 럭키 드로우, borrowed from 'lucky draw.' In K-pop discussions it can name a merchandise promotion or, by extension, a card obtained through that promotion. '럭드 포카' means a lucky-draw photocard; a collector asking for a particular member's 럭드 may be talking about the card, not requesting entry into an event.
Also written or said as 럭키 드로우, 럭키드로우, lucky draw, LD
2. The nuance
Do not infer the event mechanics from the English phrase alone. Which purchases qualify, whether selection is random, and what participants receive are details of the actual promotion. The shorthand does not guarantee winning a fansign or receiving a rare prize. Compare 미공포, a label describing a special-image photocard, and 드볼, completing a collection. A single card may be described with both 럭드 and 미공포 because those labels describe different aspects of it.
3. Examples
“앨범 포카 말고 지난번 럭드 포카를 찾고 있어.”
I'm looking for a photocard from the last lucky-draw event, not an album inclusion.
“럭드 참여 조건은 매장 공지에서 확인했어.”
I checked the store's notice for the lucky-draw participation conditions.
