A shortened form of 알아서 잘 딱 깔끔하고 센스 있게. It asks someone to use their own judgment and produce a neat, appropriate result without step-by-step instructions. It can also praise a result that seems to have hit all those marks.
2. The nuance
Casual and punchy, but vague. As an instruction at work, it may feel demanding if the person has not been given enough context.

Thanks for organizing the material so neatly and thoughtfully.
