뽐뿌 describes the desire stirred up by an appealing product, review, or someone else's experience. 뽐뿌가 오다 means that the urge is kicking in.

2. The nuance
The most familiar setting is shopping, but the object of the urge should be read from context. A friend can 뽐뿌를 주다 by showing off a useful purchase. The word reports temptation; it does not mean the speaker actually bought anything.
